The company places their emphasis on proven ingredients. This is a good thing and makes the product sound promising. But is the product really as good as it sounds?

While there are some good ingredients in the pill, the amounts are seriously under the effective amounts. Although the company gets a plus for mentioning the amounts. The company could have simply called in a proprietary blend and kept their list secret as most companies do on the diet pill market.

It should be noted that FDA recently issued a warning against Hydroxycut-branded products due to possible health issues with the liver. However, many of these studies involved 200 to 300 mg a day. Phenocal has only included 100 mg, so you probably won’t get the same results that were noticed in the clinical studies.

Glucomannan is a dietary fiber that helps absorb water and turn it into a gel-like substance that helps you to feel fuller as it moves through your intestines. Studies have proven it to be effective in weight loss. However, Phenocal doesn’t tell you that the studies used 2-4 grams of Glucomannan a day compared to the 400 mg contained in the daily dose of Phenocal. You are likely starting to see the pattern.

There are many other ingredients in Phenocal, but you can already see that while the active ingredients are proven they don’t have the required amounts to produce the results the company claims.

The manufacturer’s website is similar to all other diet pills on the market. At first the website focuses on telling you the benefits of being thin and tries to play on your emotions. There are a few testimonials and the standard before and after photos to make it look as if the product is effective.

However, there are a few good details about the studies surrounding the ingredients. Although it is important to remember that in addition to having the right ingredients, the product also needs to have the right amount of ingredients.

Pricing and Guarantee

Is It Worth It?

There are certainly good ingredients in Phenocal, which makes you interested in the product. However, the amounts are not enough to have effective results. The fact that the Phenocal product has never been studied makes it even more difficult to believe it does what it claims. Therefore, if you want a quality diet pill then you should look at other options that provide better and more proven results.
