SlimBody XP review

What It Is

slimbodyxpreviewSlimBody XP
is a diet pill offered by a company that promises large results. Supposedly the product helps you increase energy and metabolism in order to control your appetite.

However, as with most diet pill companies you should take these claims at face value. Consider all aspects of this diet pill to see if it is effective.

  • Chromium Picolinate (50 mcg)
  • Magnesium (75 mg)
  • Vitamin E (6 IU)
  • Zinc (6 mg)
  • Bee Pollen
  • Bitter Orange
  • Caffeine
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Damiana
  • Ginger Root
  • Goldenseal Leaf
  • Gotu Kols
  • Green Tea
  • Guarana
  • Korean Ginseng
  • Lecithin
  • Nettles Leaf
  • Royal Jelly
  • Sasparilla Leaf
  • Spirulina

Chromium plays a role in blood sugar regulation, but this hasn’t been proven a link to weight loss. Magnesium, Vitamin E and Zinc are good vitamins and minerals, but don’t have anything to do with weight loss.

Within the proprietary blend, Bitter Orange contains synephrine. Synephrine is an effective ingredient in diet pills, but only if it contains high concentrations and the amount of Bitter Orange in this pill isn’t known.

Caffeine is another proven diet pill ingredient that has clinical studies to back it, as diuretic and stimulant caffeine can significantly help weight loss.

Cayenne Pepper is a common spice and has medicinal properties such as pain relief, digestive problems and circulation. However, no research has been done to see if Cayenne Pepper works with weight loss.

Ginger has been known to help with nausea, arthritis and heart disease as well as digestion in some Asian cultures. Ginseng contains ginsenosides that help lower blood sugar levels, improve the immune system and enhance physical and mental performance.

Green tea is a common diet pill ingredient that is well known for its fat-burning capabilities and has become popular recently.

Guarana and Damiana can be effective when combined with Yerba Mate, yet SlimBody XP doesn’t contain Yerba Mate.

Lecithin is an ingredient that some companies claim breaks down body fat, but there is no research to support the claims.

As with most diet pills, the manufacturer sells SlimBody XP on their proprietary blend. However, the problem with this is that the amount of each ingredient isn’t disclosed. This means that even effective ingredients may not be in the right amounts needed to help you lose weight. For example, Bitter Orange, Caffeine and Green Tea can all help with weight loss, but since they are in the proprietary blend there is no way of known how much of each ingredient you are getting.

The Company

Not only does the manufacturer try to sell you on their proprietary blend, but they also make grand claims without any information to back up their product. The manufacturer is counting on you to fall for the hype and not bother to read the small print. The manufacturer isn’t counting on reviews like this to expose companies that are really just selling you a fake product.

Pricing and Guarantee

A 60-capsule bottle will cost you $39.95 and lasts two and a half weeks. This is a relatively high price, especially when the product isn’t like to do what it claims.

The manufacturer does offer a 30-day guarantee. This is better than no guarantee at all, but the better companies will offer 60 or 90-day guarantees.

Is It Worth It?

There is really nothing about SlimBody XP to get you excited. The manufacturer uses the same worn-out tactics as other companies. Between no amounts for their ingredients, high cost and lack of a good guarantee we recommend you don’t waste your time or money on SlimBody XP.
